SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Ascent offers shipping within the USA mainland, using UPS.  Tracking is not available.

To ensure the quickest delivery of your order, if possible please specify a delivery address that will be occupied during business hours so that your delivery can be signed for.  

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to payment confirmation, verification and availability of stock.  UPS delivery should take a further 4-5 working days within the USA. In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will do our best to notify you of any delays within 24 hours. All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays; our operating hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

Once an order reaches 5 pairs or more it is classified and processed as a bulk order. Bulk orders need to be placed via email with our Customer Service team at info@ascentfootwear.com

 

We Reserve the Right

…to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the method used for the original payment.

In order to protect our business, optimize our stock availability and keep our prices to customers competitive, we have a fair returns policy that applies to us accepting orders and offering free returns.  We reserve the right to delay the acceptance of an order or to decline an order if we are concerned, at our sole discretion, about a high returns rate for a customer or an address.
